Not only june and July applicants has passed all criteria but August as well. I am August 17 applicant. Last GCMS notes I revived August 3. Everything was passed that time. I ordered new notes and received them yesterday. Nothing changed when compared both.

Does it show security passed on your GCMS? Others say that it never shows passed, or it is blank?

Hi i have applied for PR on June 21, 2015 inland.. Waiting for PPr. Can somebody please tell me how to get GCM notes..

Just want to share how to order gcms notes since I got mine for free.
There are 2 options:
Privacy Act-FREE
Access to Information Act-$5

Here's the procedures:
1. Site: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ (not 3rd party)
2. Fill in the form, please see below the important items you need to know.
- Department, select IRCC
- To be eligible, select Individual/Corporation currently in Canada
- Complete all your Personal Information, please take note that all info
with * should be filled up and put N/A if not necessary.
- Requesting on your own behalf: Yes
- Category that best describe you: Member of the Public
- How would receive the requested record: E-mail
- Select Privary Act, it is free
- Type of records: Case Files
- What type of record would you like to request, select Permanent Residence
- Which specific info are you looking for: The electronic notes of the immigration/citizenship officer

By the way, i received the requested records more than 31 days and I did sent follow up email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca for 2 times. You will know further instructions once you have received the automatic email with your tracking number.

They are working. The officers that do work an refugees are a different department.
I know of several people that had requests for additional documents etc.
This would not be the case if they did not work on the pr applications.

It is not true that due to refugees the pr process is delayed.

So we all kinda know which stage we are at this moment. How could GCMS provide any further information? is it worth getting it at all?

if refugees are not the problem, then how do you explain that since June 15th, CIC have stopped or slowed down to almost freeze the delivery of PR for paper-based applicants? Cuz except one or two people, most of us keep waiting even though we know our applications are completed and waiting for a final review that never comes.....

The visa offices that processing refugees are different than PRs but the security check departments are the same that's why delays happen.
