glad that they are working on it.looks like Cic start background checks by 13 month from date of application. And then PPR within next 2 months(in fact 15 months processing time)

Calm down. I was May 25 applicant, so actually only two weeks far from your date, it will be soon to your turn. nothing to worry about it, give yourself a two weeks of vacation then cheer for it.

I have exactly same feeling like you! I am June 18 aplicant, still nothing. I prepared documents very well no extra requirements, but still nothing ! too long time to wait!

at least in two days you can call them as you will hit the 15th month.... and have some answers, or who knows, maybe in two days you get your PPR

It's very frustrating....this morning I called CIC and in my second attempt I got to know that my background check security has been completed very recently but my application is still waiting for a decision to be rendered.

when?? IF there are people like you who applied on early June!!! how long is gonna take them to make a decisiion?? so I am sure you application is complete and ready but just on a pile of application they dont want to finish....just like mine.

I can't understand this. All our lifes stopped, frozen until they decide is time for us to be free.....

Hey guys,

Had a quick query on the Ontario PNP process. So I have received the AOR last month, they notified me of bank draft expiry. I have already sent across the new bank draft along with my address for them to return the old draft to me. Haven't heard back yet, though they have received the new one (confirmed through courier delivery)

I am wondering if anyone else are in the same situation of have been in this before ? Please let me know the timeline they take for returning the original bank draft. Also, after the new bank draft, how long does it take for decision to come in ?

HI all,

I need your valuable input on my situation .
I have received SINP nomination on March 16 and My PR application is in process.
My SINP nomination will be expiring on 29-Sep-16.
1.Since my PR application is in process Could you please guide me how to extend & procedure for PNP nomination extension .
2.If we have extend PNP nomination,do we need to update to CIC with new extended PNP details.

Could you please request your inputs on above points.
