According to my stats:

People who applied in July 2015 and when they saw their status Background Check changed to ''In progress''

Oyfilli // june 29th----- July 28th
Wahme092 // July 2nd ----- August 04th
Morena34 // July 3rd -----August 22nd
Manjuanand// July 3rd ------ August 5th
Me, 87arq // July 6th ------- August 18th
Jaygill // July 8th -------- August 17th
LanaOng // July 8th -------- August 25th
dakilles// July 9th --------- August 23rd

As you can see there is kind of a trend in people's status changing to In progress. Will this mean they are gonna give us PPR soon? Who knows.....I wish.

I have the exact same schedule as oyfilli, nothing till date after

Mine is a different case of a long delay. I am April 10 applicant. My Background check changed to in progress on July 20. But yeah there is a trend.

Hi there!

Finally, I could linked my application. Effectively, My background appears as "in progress", but also my "Review of eligibility" . The latter how appears in yours?

What did you do different than earlier? I still cannot link my application. .... any suggestions?

Yeah, in my previous notes too there was no group name or number. The most recent notes have both.

I also have no group name and number in my notes. Does that mean I m still too far from receiving ppr? Also I noticed s.15 on right corner of pg 2. Does that mean everything is passed?

I just followed this:

People who have GCMS notes will know what I am talking about. The due date for sure is not the date they are going to send us PPR. Something else caught my attention in my GCMS notes and it's the Group number. If you check your notes, you will see that a group number was allotted to you when you got your AOR. For instance my group number then was 1-6JO431H7. And I got my AOR in the first week of June. So one stands for the first group and 6 stands for the 6th month that is June. The rest of it is the code identity for the visa office.
Now in my most recent GCMS notes my group number is 1- 9JC26710. And if I am not wrong I could expect PPR in the first one 1-2 weeks of September (9 stands for 9th month) and like AOR the PPRs will come in groups. Moreover my Group name is also September batch. I could be totally wrong and we'll see in the days to come, but for now this gives me hope and I feel good :)

Let us know what happen and when you get your PPR...this theory might be right and in this way we can have more idea of our process.
thank you and good luck

I think a group name or number is just a matter of a day or two. Maybe you already have one.

Hello LanaOng,

I already order the GCMS as you tell me thank you for the guidance and answers.
but 1 more question, at the end show a page with a "tracking number"...can we actually track this?, if yes how can we do that?
How did yo sent the follow up emails?...I mean to which email?
I didnt think in printing that page of all the info =(

And as you said it says because of all the requests it might take 31 calendar days.
thank you again in advance and sorry for the bother.
hope you get your PPR soon.
Im august applicant so i guess i will get that weeks after you hopefully very soon happen!

All those who have their GCMS notes, no matter how old, have at least one group name and number allotted to them.. somewhere in the middle of your GCMS notes? Doesn't that number match the month you guys got AOR?
