I hope you are not talking about this.....http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/service-standards/prov.asp..... as in my opinion that's not excellent news at all.... :( :( :(

I have a question.
Is it updated these days?
I believe it does not really mean for us taking 17 months.
I thought I didnt really expect much. however, I feel so disappointed by the fact
this week still no PPR.
I want it so bad....

I am not sure what is going with CIC, but I got an additional doc request again.

Hi, just want to share what I read in PNP PR Sept-October 2015 thread..

The link is a report of how did CIC did in processing PNP applications

Basically in the period of April 2015-March 2016,
42% of applications processed in 11 months
80% of applications processed in 17 months or less

Since the service promise of CIC was 80% case processed in 15 months, they've failed to meet their standard

And 80% is just a stat, individual case can differ a lot and for a lot of reasons (not all are at fault of CIC) like delay in providing documents or payment, wife got pregnant and can't take X-ray, etc that yours didn't make it in 15 months.

Their target going on is to process in 11 months and they will met it for 80% of cases. They are not achieving it now because there's still old inventories. That doesn't automatically mean you will get PR in 11 months, it depends on the cases itself.
-----

In addition, when you check PNP PR Jan-Feb-Mar 2015 applicants thread. Some of them are still waiting for PPR and I think they were the old cases inventory (17 months) that being finalized by CIC.

God bless.

URGENT:

Guys,

I'm an inland MPNP applicant and just sent package to CIC last week. I just noticed I didn't include copy of my post grad work permit in the package, however, I did include copy of all pages of my passport. I'm little confused with checklist now. Is copy of work permit required at CIC level? If so, what step should I take now?

Thank you very much.

Welcome!

Let us hope that after CIC completed on working the old cases they will start finalizing ours too..
