Hi mohan my criminality last update on 9/3/2016 saying criminal decison on hold potential adverse info on my australian driving record .i even called vic roads aus and i asked them whether i have any criminal records and they said aprat from i had some fines in the past and it s already 6 years before and i dont have any points on my license and they also confirmed fines are not a criminal matter these officers actually dont know what a police certificate or driving abstract coz in my gcms in police certificate section they had enter about my driving record in my Australian pcc theres no criminal record and my all pcc are clear.
I submitted my pcc when i send my pr application.apart from that i didnt submit anything since they last updated my file its been almost 5 months and the due date is 25/08/2016 so i hope they will do something about my case and i will see my local mp as well on August beginning.
What is your opinion mohan?
Based on this notes, i am thinking our immigration officers are just clearing the files soon if they dont see any record in the (criminal or driving) documents. Its easy to mark the criminality passed without taking much time. Later i believe they come back to the files wherein there is some record/indication that there are some criminal issues / driving violations for which they might have to analyze/check more and get their supervisor's approval to mark as passed (guessing it might be the case for delay).

So it looks like there will be some delay irrelevant of how serious the type of issues mentioned in the records but a delay is expected it seems. But surely its not that they dont differentiate.
As long as its not dui, you should be good.

Hey guys....I am preparing my federal application (AINP Post Graduate nominated). Do i need to include my parents pictures in application package.?
The document checklist says include (2) photos for each member of your family, whether accompanying or not, and yourself.

The term Family members Acc to Cic :
An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.

So I think you don't have to mention your parents name in the family section.

I heard from some seniors, they are taking around 1 week.
But, I saw one, he got separate instruction for his wife residing in China, so he did not take care for changing VISA office, all came with two separate details for him.

Thanks nayeem, ye it would be great if we get separate instructions, otherwise we have to wait another week again.

But 1 week just to change the VO for dependent, thats soo unfair.

Hi guys just let u know recently i found out they will not issue ppr for inlanders untill canada post resume work.
i went to mpi in Winnipeg and they told me unless canada post didnt come for a agreement all the government bodies has hold the issuing new licenses documents etc and it will apply for cic as well and they are ongoing discussion for alternative methods or to canada post resume work permanently.

Let see what will happen beginning of August.
