does everyone need to submit the FBI report ?
or CIC asks only specific people ? on what criteria ?
Not for all. They ask for the persons who visited US. I think cic asks for fbi report even if they visited the country for less than 6 months for very few among those visited US.
Thats why its better to get pcc upfront for all countries visited to avoid delays as we never know if cic will ask, especially when pcc like fbi takes ages to get and harder to get pass the fingerprint verification.

Until IRCC resumes using Canada Post mail services, we will contact you by phone or email if

we need additional documents to process your application; and
a delay would cause problems.
If we contact you for these documents, follow the instructions we provide. You may need to send the documents by email, by alternate courier or through our Web form. We will accept electronic copies of correspondence or documents where legally possible. We reserve the right to request original documentation at any point.

message me your mycic answers...

Did you select current status - worker
more than 6 months
PR application currently in process/something like that - yes
job offer - yes
validity of your current status (it would be ur current work permit, it has to be valid or about to expire within 4 months)

THANKS

I did all the question the same way as you suggested, however in "job offer" I selected NO as I don't have Job offer. I am on post graduation work permit and received AINP under Strategic Recruitment Stream

But maybe I should give "YES" so it will let me get into online application

Try yes and then for PR application - yes as well (I assume you have AOR)

Dates are confusing. 19/sept/2016 and 07/Oct/2016 are future ones.

Also did you give your spouse current country of residence as India in IMMI008 form? Check the application copy you submitted.

Either way this is not an issue. Do the medicals and ask doctor to give you proof of medicals done (some dont give but ask for it). Send this proof to NDVO.
if you have IME from NDVO then its good or else you can send the new IME which was generated by the doctor as they can anyway link it (its faster from outland offices hence its not an issue).
