Just received my Passport with visa and COPR. Didn't even take 2 weeks, Only took 12 days, I sent on June 8th. Now it's all about the final and last step. I am going to the border tomorrow.

Wow, so fast! My tracker has not even been activated :-[ I sent on June 10th.

Yes, a "copy" of your original birth certificate (can be sent online via CSE).
Assuming that the copy of the translation of your birth certificate you have sent before was notarized.
Assuming also that you have sent the police certificate and language test results.
