Hey Just a quick question:aniarmhi said:For those who have been stressing about photos:
The requirements don't ask for the photos to be signed. Instead, they must be taken by a professional photographer (be that Costco, London Drugs, Henry's, Don's Photo, etc.); they must be the required size (the guidelines are included with the PPR email, and have been mentioned here before); and the back of the photo must be stamped by the photographer with the name and address of their studio, and the date the photo was taken. You then also need to write your full name and your date of birth on the back of the photo.
Just to give you an example: I got my photos done at Henry's just around the corner from where I work. I received the PPR email at around 7am; got to work at 8am; had my break at 9:30am; photos done by 9:45am; went to the post office nearby and bought the Xpresspost envelopes by 9:50am; and had everything in the mail to Ottawa before 10am
I know we're all impatient folks around here, but once CIC puts the ball back in your park, we can be as quick and efficient as we want to be
Only one of those photos have to have photographer's details and applicant's name and dob or both?
I heard one has to be blank..
