Hi Dipica,

It would make sense to add the address as well for the travel, as the immigration office is first going to encounter the answers to the questions where you mentioned:

1st Jan 2016 - 10th Jan 2016 Travel to India

Followed by the answer to address question:
1st Jan 2016 - 25th May 2016 1234 Some street in US

Now he will see that your husband traveled to India for 10 days but the address is in US ?
I hope its clear enough.

Regarding the IELTS question, I think its safe to ignore it as your stream like other paper-based PNP streams does not require IELTS.

I know you are right but if we go for a vacation does that mean our address changes too because as per legal terminology address mean where you are living not the vacation address because his address never changed.

Address of your visit and living is different and that is reason we have travel form.
May be you are right and I am wrong.

I recommend you to just wait for CIC to get back to you as they will ask you for the updated documents.

But as per the questions statement it is clear that they want the exact address of the person for any specific time. If you were living as x place, they need the address for x place.

Guys I know I am not like you I mean I am outland not inland like you, but I share with you the same visa office Ottawa.
Mycic backgroung check is in progress since 6 May I did my medical on Feb and has been received on Feb 10
As you all expect ppr immediately after background change to in progress what about me which has been changed since 6 May
I mean how long I have to wait ppr after this changing as outlander not inlander ?

I assume your background check is taking this long as your are Outland and CIC has to confirm with another country to which you belong.

But for Inlanders its quick, as they are all under the same government but a different department.

You might b asking on wrong place... but to b honest with you as long as they are taking your chance are getting weak because once of my friend have same situation... but we never know.

HI Everyone,

Can anyone clear me on some issues regarding PR application?

I got nominated by Sinp with my husband who lives in USA as my dependant
I filled my Pr application to Sydney which was received on May 24, 2016.

A. In travel form do we need to mention, if my husband traveled from Usa to India ( we both are Indian Citizen) ?

B. If yes, do we have to mention in his personal history (address) form regarding his stay in India for 81 days?

C. We both gave IELTS but that is more than 2 years old, so in the general form they ask that have you given English proficiency test. What will be in the answer? Yes or no ?

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION YOUR TRAVELS says: "List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years"
So my understanding is: your travels outside USA or India in your case. So you do not need to mention your visits to India.
