Mishti and BC Dudu, I pray you get yours soon. It's been too long. I actually emailed them yesterday and told them to hurry up. Got PPR this morning. Not sure if that was purely coincidental. But who knows?
So happy to hear this update. That gives me some home. Thanks and congratulations to you. Could you tell me the email that you used to send your enquiry

Quick question for you guys..

What date is shown at the bottom of the ECAS page? until yesterday my page was showing Dec 15th 2015 but today, surprisingly, it shows May 2nd 2016...

Is it so for everybody?

Yes, shows 2016-05-02 for me

Just keep eye on my cic account hopefully it will change anytime today.

I know it bit early but have any june applicant receive ppr.

One more question from experts. Gcms notes are generated by the office working on our files or there is entirely different dept for this because i saw a trend that who ever apply for GCMS note get 2 or 3 days delay. Correct me if i am wrong

No delay on my case even though I requested GCMS notes like 4 times. I assume it's a different person/dept since the email is signed by ATIP Officer

Congrats.. So you might get your PPR tomorrow or Friday... Get ready with your Passport and Photographs

lol Adi looks like you have cracked the code for predicting PPR!

To those who have received the PPR could you please kindly answer the following questions? I just want to be prepared when my PPR comes.

- Is it only the passports with two recent photograph of 50 x 75 mm (they are huge!!) I have to send?
- Do I have to put the return envelope within the original envelope that contains the passport and photos?
- Does the return envelope has to be smaller? Otherwise how can I fit it within the original envelope?
- Which postal service did you use? Canad Post? Xpress Post?

Thanks

Yes, only passport with two photos. The size you mentioned is correct. I heard it's the same size with Canadian passport photo. Just re-read the size and it's 50x70mm. Sorry for the mistake

- Do I have to put the return envelope within the original envelope that contains the passport and photos?
I don't think this matters. I put the passport outside of return envelop and don't have any issue with that.

- Does the return envelope has to be smaller? Otherwise how can I fit it within the original envelope?
It depends on how many passports you will send to CIC? I'm single applicant, so my return envelope is smaller size (standard size), and that's fine. But if you have four passports to send to CIC, for example, I would recommend the large size (letter size) for return envelope. Just fold it and put into the mail-to-CIC envelope

- Which postal service did you use? Canad Post? Xpress Post?
I used Canada Post Xpress

Thanks

To those who have a OUTLAND dependent:

How do you send your dependents passport to CIC after PPR request?

Should i wait until we get PPR and then email them to change office
or
Should I ask my wife to send her passport to me so that I can send both our passport and pictures together?

I just dont want to delay after we get PPR request.

Thank you

I sent our passports a few minutes ago. This is what I sent:
Passports with two recent photograph of 50 x 75 mm
Yes. Put the return envelope inside the original envelope that contains the passport and photos.
They tried to give me a smaller return envelope, but I chose one of the same size as the one in which I was sending my docs.
Xpress post is Canada Post. Xpress Post is just the speedier arm of Canada Post. If you are an Inland applicant, you must use Xpress Post.
