Do we need canadian visa to do the flagpoling??

No, you won't need that.

If you leaving the country (CANADA) to US then come back for flagpoling(for Landing), they only check your status is valid or not obviously you on work permit and you have still valid status ,they ask personal and some specific questions not hard to answer, rest about general stuff what things you bring with you and declare those items..The best thing is 8) 8) "No-Taxes" 8) 8)(EVEN YOU BOUGH ITEMS for just $100,000 only ) the day you landing no matter what you buy..So make a list by the time you are waiting in this PR game

The above statement is only valid if you left Canada by land not in Flight..so be careful.

What about the ECAS status of guys who received PPR on Wednesday, has it changed to DM or still IP ??

You might be the principal applicant. So there won't be much information about your spouse in GCMS notes anyways. Because most of the process is happening under your name. So even if you order another set of GCMS notes under your spouse's name you will get the same notes.

My notes still not arrived so I linked my application to my cic acocunt, and showing that Eligibility is in progress, medical passed. Seems like they almost did not do anything on my case yet..OMG how long I need to waitT_T

There is a button to link your existed application to your CIC account. Just type in all your information and search the application. Mine is linked now but some people cant/ If you have problem can check the forum "July 2015 PNP CIC APPLICANTS". I found this method there

I just linked my file but the information out there is old because my eligibility is passed according to my GCMS notes in Feb 2016 and it show review of eligibility in progress.

i am unable to link my application to myCIC. unable to get past the language test details. I've tried filling everything, still they can't find the application.
