Has anybody ever heard from CIC agent saying "decision made"status could be a mistake?? Thats what he told me to my consultant today. He said he don't know how long it's going to take to finalize the application or ask for passports. Even my representative is in limbo now. Its been 2 weeks i got DM and now they are saying it could be a mistake. Canadian immigration system is crippled.

Have you consider the possibility that your consultant is dumb and doesn't know what they're doing?

Or maybe the PPR email that went to them got stuck in their junk box and couldn't find it

Hopefully the speed doesnt go down and they finish with the ppr till Apr ones in the next 2 weeks. Ya good luck for the rest of you waiting. We need another major ppr shower to clear pending ones from Jan till April.
Waiting in line for May's turn.....

Do you think there are less May applicants compared to April? As you know I am a June applicant, so if there are less applicants things could be faster for us. There are a lot of April applicants in this forum but not many May or June.

May applicants, FYI

MY guess is that we have less Apr and May applicants as they received EP in 6-10 weeks while comparing to others who received in more than 8-12+ weeks.

Upfront medicals though.... But still we are close as Aprils are receiving ppr already... 2-3 weeks more waiting time to hit May ( my estimate, starting from April 1st :)).

My passports were submitted on Feb 29, still wait for them back. Waiting game at CIC does stop until you have visa and COPR in hand. Biggest lesson learnt from this game is Patience ;D

Good luck to you all!

I'm sorry to know your experience. I remember I used to read one post on this forum or somewhere else, the member said he got ready for visa email and status changed to "decision made". Soon after that, he got another email from CIC saying the PPR was a mistake, they needed to further assess the application, so status was changed back to "In Process". How that thing went eventually, I don't know. But I mean there is still possibility CIC did make the mistake. What is stressful in your case is that you don't hear any further notification from CIC.

Don't know if you try to submit question through CSE, most of the time they answer my questions, but I have to wait for at least two weeks for the response. Or if possible for you to make an appointment with some officer from CIC or PNP? I know waiting is frustrating, but look at the bright side, waiting is not the worst part. The worst part in applying for PR is to get refusal. So as long as you are still waiting, you still have hope to get PR approval. It's just the matter of time. Things will fall into places at the end for those who have patience! Good luck to you!! Hope your wait is over soon!

Any inland june applicant here who received medical?

did CIC change the process?

Do they still send IMM form with medical request?

How much time CIC gives for medicals?
Is it 30 days?
What if we are late?
It is 30 days

It is not recommended for lateness as "it may lead to the refusal of your application" (quoted from medical request correspondence)

I am June first week inland Ontario applicant. I was asked to send an updated Schedule A within 30 days which I did.

At the end of that email this was written and there was no IMM form attached:

MEDICALS: You and your dependents are required to be medically examined, if you did not do so already, please visit the office of a Panel Physician to undertake your medical examination as soon as possible. Please refer to the following link for additional information <LINK Removed>

I am just wondering if this is a new way CIC is sending medical or they still send a proper medical email with attached IMM form??

From what i'm seeing is MR seems to come last of the whole process for inland applications, which is different from
