Hey, June 8th applicant here and I too did my medical upfront on February 8th. I didn't receive any MR yet, but I logged onto ECAS to see my application status and it says 'Medical Results have been received on the 4th line.' Seems like if they already have our medical results they are not likely to send it again.

When you log into ECAS do you see medical results have been received?

I wanted to do the upfront medical in January and called twice to the doctors office trying to get more info from them. They told me once upfront med exam is done they never keep them they must to send it to CIO's med exam results pool, where doctor opens file gets upfront number for you. They said that it is your responsibility when I get MR to send CIO med exam proof and tell them that you did upfront med. , please note you should tell CIO after you get MR.
But I see you have already got on your ECAS Med results received.
In my opinion, you are safe either way:
1. if they look at your ECAS it says med results received
2.if they send you MR you have your med exam proof and upfront med number, you will send them through CSE.

These are just my thoughts.

Hi, I only got an information sheet with UMI and barcode do I need to submit to CIC? I called the doctor office but the lady didn't explain well about it. She just told me it is my responsibility....

M April 10th applicant. I got DM on my file on March 2nd. Its 5 days and I am still waiting for ppr. I called CIC the agents are not at all cooperative. They told me to wait... For how long... They cannot disclose it. Thats so stupid. This waiting is sooo damn painful.

Let's us wait for weeks. It takes average 2 weeks on other forums.

I also want to do the upfront medicals if it is permitted. How do I go bout doing this? Do I just make the appointment and take my UCI number with?

Just call the doctor and say you want to do the upfront medical exam for pnp. They will advise what you need to bring. My doctor asked me to send a email of my personal information to open a file, bring passport and health card (in SK) to the appointment

Did you first get hold of your representative to ask him/her to check his/her email?
