I understand what you mean and didn't want to come across as "against you" but rather challenge YOUR point of view. Like you said, it's all based on speculation, but speculation itself (especially what you mention in the industry of stocks) is calculated by algorithms that methodically adjust and address unknown variables.
I think immigration and the financial industry are two different games. Don't get me wrong when I say speculating times is a "fool's game". Not looking to insult anyone here. What I meant with that is, like you said, that everyone case is different, and even the same applications can be processed differently.
So this is the most strategic thing to do: speculate based on CLOSEST variables. For instance, htokyo was asking about processing times, but speculating similar processing times for him as mine would be erroneous as our applications for PR are being processed in different offices.
So, as a BC PNP inland applicant myself, what I want to do is track other BC PNP inland applicants because those will determine the CLOSEST your timeline (provided no major variables come into play, like the recent Syrian refugee immigration crisis, or new Liberal party taking over).
How do I speak so confidently? I work in a company in which 95% of employees were all sponsored, meaning they were all BC PNP inland applicants. The coworker who's application took the longest was my twin sister (who also works for the same company). We share the same background, same education, same birthday! (Go figure), same employer, same address even! The only difference in our applications was the gender. Hers took 11 months and that's with her having made a mistake in her application which caused it to get returned and her having to send it back. My other coworkers got their PRs in 8-10 months. Most of them 8 months.
So we'll see. Right now, that's why I have been asking: are there any BC PNP inland Mar-Apr applicants who have gotten PPR?

Cool down buddy. Based on many application being adjudicated this is what i could see. Tell me which application got adjudicated in 1 month of MR even though it took 8 months to get MR. Anyway, we tell about our view and what we think based on current situation and based on what happened to existing applications and if you want to have source for all then one should never enter the forum.
No one knows how cic works. July and Aug applicants received ppr. do you have explanation? No, no one has. Everyone's view vary and if its speculation for you then it is because no one knows the truth and no one can guess it correctly.
Its like what would be the stock market's closing point for tomorrow which we can only guess. And different people will have different answers which will look speculation. Futures in stock market is speculation. So this is the forum and we express our view as long as it doesnt offend anyone. I did not say its a legal opinion or i am not telling which did not happen.
Current applicants who received PPR are the ones who received MR 3-6 months ago.
