Okay bro, but anything can be happen at CIC level, so hope for best. You might have seen some mid 2015 inland applicant got PPR.

Those guys actually received MR too early hence everything is going early for them but that group is less than 5 or 10 members in whole inland as far as i know. So rest all are coming under regular time. I think that its not a bad deal of 12 months hence i am fine. Ya we never know what cic surprises us, correct, it might even happen soon as its in full swing in the last 6 weeks. So will wait for surprises. :)

cic website says:

Police certificates

You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide a valid police certificate for each country other than Canada, in which you have spent six or more months since the age of 18.

Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.
If the original certificate is not in English or French, then you will need to submit both the certificate and the original copy of the translation prepared by an accredited translator.

We will also do our own background checks to determine if there are grounds under which you and your dependants may be inadmissible to Canada.

For specific and up-to-date information, see our guide on how to get a police certificate.

Oh I have missed 'other than Canada' part. Then we dont need Canadian police record.
Thanks! It looks like outland applicantion is faster than inland application

I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

The title of the email was "medicals for application EP*************"
I gave information about all the members included to the application and more specifically I mentioned name (first ,last ) UCI ,and date of birth for each and everyone.I attached to that email the forms (IM1017 ) provided from medical request mail AND the documents provided by the doctor (9 documents in total for 3 persons) ,so CIC can correlate the forms send by them wjth the existing medicals .Hope this helps.

i believe you got MR email. Ask the doctor to send the results in the new IME number if possible. If not then send the medical sheet given by doctor to correct visa office.
