Does anybody know how to extend bridging open work permit? Cause I believe they only issue you one year and I want to prepare myself in case I can renew it since it's been 5 months that I have received any MR from CIC and it looks like it won't be this year and only after February 2016...

federal pr processing was moving smoothly upto September/Oct , and from November it stopped right there. My PR application received in June, AOR in August, medical, PCC, RPRF, in September Medical received etc. it was a good move until that point. Then suddenly stopped including my ECas. the changed government moved to refugee settlement. it is a bad time for us.

your timelines/situation and mine are quite similar! Let's keep praying!

Hello all.. did any one face the issue of not being able to get an experience letter from the employer? In my case the employer will only give a stock letter (date of joining, current designation) containing no duties and responsibilities or current salary. I can produce pay stubs, appointment letters etc. Did anyone face a similar issue?

What can I do for showing Duties and Responsibilities? Can I produce a letter from a senior colleague with maybe his / her business card?

Hello I passed my PR application last May and they recieved it on the 20TH ..
AOR recieved last August 5th
Now still waiting for update..

Hi guys,

I graduated in 2012 and my 3 yr post graduate work permit expired June 2015 I got a closed work permit now with the company I'm working for until Sept 2016. Can anyone please tell what would my options be if I don't get PR until then? PR application was sent to CIC in May and AOR received July 2015 - no updates after that.

Buddy, the mail doesnt come for all in one go. It comes in batches nowadays and only for some at a time and no order of applicants' received date is followed. so we just need to wait.
I dont think they are done with rest of the march itself yet.
