Today I received PPR email.
On Feb 8th Ecas changed to Decision made.

Dear Applicant I need your help please

I am out-land applicant and currently I am at CIC stage from MPNP.

My file is transferred to my Visa office Nairobi, Kenya November 8, 2016, now it is on process on ECas, but I had email yesterday from Nairobi visa office and asked me additional required documents of.
> Marriage photos: Please submit photos taken during the marriage ceremony and the reception.
> Sponsored Spouse/Partner: A newly completed Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire (IMM5490) bearing an original signature
> Sponsor Questionnaire IMM5540: A newly completed Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM5540) bearing an original signature
As we all know Nominee program is not a sponsor ship program and my wife is already in their from the beginning of Manitoba nominee. and almost most of the questions of the form are referred to Canadian citizen or PR not for new applicants. Do you think is that right? and can I ask them whether they sent me the right form or not? because those forms are not on the checklist of paper based provincial nominee. someone having same issue please share me your experience?.

I still don`t have any news from CIC, but planning ahead, so question:

If I receive PPR or COPR, can I go to a CIC office without my spouse and do the landing process without her?

I`m the main applicant and she is my spouse so we get the PR together, but maybe she won`t have time to come with me to the office ( I have to take a flight ).

If I can land without her, but she has to land later, that`s not a problem, because later on I can go to the border with her and do a flagpooling for her.

Is this something that will work, or do we have to "land" together because of the joint application?

Can dependents do landing at the local immigration office (in Canada) and become permanent residents earlier than main applicant?

still few guys from June and July are waiting for PPR, most of them are due to Security check delays.

I am july 31 2015 applicant still waiting for PPR

If medicals are already "passed" than it doesn`t matter if it expires, right? I really don`t want to do that again because CIC`s fault.

I just checked my case and my security check status changed from "in progress" to:
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Does this mean something or CIC has just changed the stauts notes in their system?

Yes I am inland AINP, My medical got expire due to long process of application, and they requested me to re do. My WP will be expired in May , and I need to extend it.

it still does. you need to land within 1 year of the date of medical

CIC has ability to extend it at their discretion. Normally they do if they wanted to approve you but your medical is expiring in a few month.

I am August 2015 Applicant and got my PPR last Friday. I had added my wife on my application last august. Both of us got PPR last week.
Good luck to all who are yet waiting. It's very unpleasant to wait but we have no other option.
