Can anybody mention when was your last updates in file? I have observed that if people have same update date then they will receive PPR around same time. I have last update in sept 25. Please share your last updates here.

June 30th applicants
Aor: sep 22th
Medical : april 29th
Ppr: oct 20th

Must ppr rainning tomorrow !!!

Be strong. Try to be away from thinking about ppr.

Thank you so much Shincabada. Do you remember we had same issue with medical? We did upfront medical, however IRcc still sent remind email in June to do it as Sydney didn't receive it. I think that the only reason keep me still waiting in here. That's ridiculous. They messed up -----

Hi Milo2015,

My experience from Rainbow Bridge. I went end of June to renew my Work Permit at border. I am not quite sure which one I will try for landing as my wife is back in home, kept all 3 options open
But again its all about time, situation and mostly depends on the officer you are getting.

They were not bad but not very welcoming, seemed like I bothered them a lot
But, at Canada border, got very warm welcome, at gate, they did not even ask my passport and one officer was waiting in front of office for us while coming from the gate (May be from gate they told office, that someone is coming).

I went during weekend around 06:45AM.

hey how long does it take to get the passport back ??
and if i send today do you think i will get it back by November 10th .. please suggest

-APP DATE: JULY 24, 2015
-AOR: OCTOBER 30, 2015
-MR: APRIL 29, 2016
-MD:MAY29, 2016
-MR: JUNE, 10 2016 - ECAS
-ADD NEW BABY, JULY 2016
-CALLED IRCC OCTOBER 15, 2016 THE AGENT SAID OUR APPLICATION WILL BE 16 MONTHS IN NOVEMBER SO SHE CANNOT DO ANYTHING NOW(CHECK). CALLED BACK AGAIN (BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO LINK MY APPLICATION TO MYCIC AND WAS WORRIED) OCTOBER 17, 2016 FOR UPDATES ON OUR PR APPLICATION, LUCKILY THE NICEST AGENT SAID ALL REQUIREMENTS PASSED ONLY WAITING FOR FINAL REVIEW AND I SHOULD CALL BACK IN MARCH 2017 IF I DID NOT RECEIVE OR HEAR FROM IRCC. I TOLD THE AGENT WE WANT TO TRAVEL FOR XMAS, IF WE MIGHT NEED TO GET TRV (VISA) BUT WE DO NOT WANT SPEND ANOTHER $400 PLUS. THEN AGENT SAID WE MIGHT GET IT BEFORE DECEMBER 2016
-WENT TO MP OFFICE OCTOBER 20, 2016. HER OFFICE PROMISED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IRCC AND GET BACK TO TODAY OCTOBER 21, 2016. THIS MORNING I WOKE UP TO SEE THE PPR IN MY EMAIL

from my point of view, you have everything passed and just waiting for final review which can be up to 3/4 months....in my case was 2.5

My Passport sending details:

23rd September: Passport Request
26th September: Passport sent to Ottawa
28th September: Passport reached Ottawa
4th October: VISA stamped/printed on my passport
13th October: Ottawa office returned my passport
14th October: Received my passport in my hand

Hope above helps, anyways, while returning, my Canada Post tracker was not correct, it was updating lately.

Hi you can fill all the info in the envelop you gave to CIC which will mail your passport back and tell them it is passport. they will take care of it.
