hi guys i got the refusal for my bridge work permit... i provided AOR and employment letter, but they refused that i did not give them PNP certificate.....

Sorry to hear, but an information which might help you and someone else in future....

If your PR application in CIC based on PNP, Bridge work permit will be issued based on your PNP certificate, PNP certificate number also put as remarks on you Bridge your permit. This case only for PNP base PR application, not for CEC or FSW...

So, in this case, PNP details, is very important.

Same here, it happened in April.
We are visitors since then, we had no other option but to travel to the border.
You can apply for restoration of your status but it takes few months, might get PR by then.
As you are LMIA exempt, your employer can register job offer online (it is around $200 to do so) and with that you are entitled to employer-specific work visa. My employer refused to do so...

We tried even MP but once it is refused there is not much you can do.
Unless you were not on implied status and your previous work permit is still valid: APPLY AGAIN!!!

BOWP cannot be applied at a border. Check CIC website for BOWP. see below:

The following foreign nationals do not qualify for a BOWP:

foreign nationals in Canada under section 186 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR), who are exempt from the work permit requirement;
foreign nationals who have let their status expire and must apply for restoration in order to return to temporary resident status;
foreign nationals whose work permits are valid for longer than four months or who already have a new LMIA that can be used as the basis for a new work permit application;
foreign nationals applying for a BOWP at a port of entry or visa office;
spouses and dependants of principal permanent resident applicants; and
foreign nationals who are inadmissible to Canada.

yeah, BOWP needs NO JOB RESTIRCTIONS on PNP certificate.

Can I still send my nomination through Case specific Enquiry?
I am AINP applicant, senty my application to CIC in August 2015

Like I mentioned, it happened to me. Nowhere mentioned and then refusal!
You can submit only before the decision is made so if I were you, I would do it ASAP! Otherwise they will refuse you
