I don't know but if to do one more medical test is not a problem for you, I suggest to do it in case requested in future again. sometime they don't do that right now. like my 1st FBI's PCC (expired), if they asked me to renew it when they received my application, it won't delayed my case for almost 3 months. After the application submission, I was thinking they bought it, because after the expiration date, I have never been to US, logically there would be no chance for me to have a criminal background while not in States. That's why I submitted a expired PCC along with the application. Unfortunately, they realized that half year later, just because of expiration. I had to take 2 more months to prepare a new PCC. It doesn't make any sense, but I have no choice.Nehabhogal said:Thank you Yaanipc, for replying. They did not ask for anything except my scheduleA. I sent it twice and they asked for it again in July and then I sent it both by email and courier last notes are updated with no additional document requested. They haven't requested anything else for my husband. Everything seems pretty clear and criminality is in progress.
Do you think they should have asked for any additional info if they suspected an issue??
I agree, but they would have asked if that would have been the problem. I am just so concerned. I have a friend of mine's sister who is also an immigration lawyer; if she knows anything regarding this location . Let see what she knows!!yaanlpc said:I don't know but if to do one more medical test is not a problem for you, I suggest to do it in case requested in future again. sometime they don't do that right now. like my 1st FBI's PCC (expired), if they asked me to renew it when they received my application, it won't delayed my case for almost 3 months. Online status still in process and background check still in progress, but passport is already on it's way to Ottawa.
Best of luck to remaining June and July applicants.

Hi. May I ask you, did you submit your FBI certificate at the begining? Or, did they ask for it later on? I have got same situation. Thanksyaanlpc said:Some files are improperly prepared, because missing information, like overseas duration gap, and new born baby, the corresponding file to my kid and new PCC, because expired. that's it. FBI's PCC delayed my application. that's why 7 months.
I got your point, this is so far the potential issue I can tell. but your husband might have other issue if they did not request medical test till now. So you'd better call CIC and see if they can give you more details.Nehabhogal said:I agree, but they would have asked if that would have been the problem. I am just so concerned. yes, I did. but I submitted an expired certificate at the very beginning. unfortunately, they did not tell me it's unacceptable until this Feb. so if you have similar situation, go ahead to prepare a new one, as it will take usually 3.5 months.lehbes said:Hi.
