Me too May end applicant, waiting desperately for next steps....

Based on this normal speed of cic, we may be lucky to get it next month. Let us see.
I need to send pcc as well. I am expecting both the MR and reminder email by next month at least. Already my pcc is more than 3 months old (not sure if its acceptable or not).

Me too. I sent my PCC along with the application and yet to send my spouse's. Waiting for their email for additional documents before i can send it out.

Get this fbi pcc takes forever and fingerprint acceptance rate at their system is low. Do you think they will accept the pcc which is more than 3 months old?

Team, Did you know anyone among you/your friends (applicants of Apr and before) submitted the pcc of more than 3 months old and got accepted?
My application date is May15. PCC is issued in Aug15.

My application date is May15. PCC is issued in Aug15.

I received PCC in April, submitted to them in Nov and got MR in Dec. Hope it helps!

A friend of mine got PPR after one week of medical received but that was in July 2015. now we are waiting for more than two months no PPR yet. painful. I recently got my open work permit extended for a year.

Can I ask if we can proceed doing MEDICAL without the police cert of my husband because it will take maybe a month or two before we receive it.. Due to hes here in the philippines right now for a vacation and i just receive our MR today.. He will come back to KSA by jan 8 2016.. Hope you will help me

Go ahead with your medical exam!
If you anticipate the time you need to get PCC is longer than what CIC gives you, then you need to write a case specific explanation to them

Some of members of this forum received PPR 1-2 weeks after medical done. My friend got it after 1.5 month (he completed medical in late July)

Really painful!

I think the 3 month rule is an old rule if you read the document check list number 15 ask for police certificates and it says ..........

"You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a
row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the
CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO
without them. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates
now
to avoid
future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.
Note:
Police certificates are generally considered to be valid for one year from date of issue; therefore depending
on the processing time of your application, you may be requested to submit new certificates."​

My bf summit his application April 15 and got his AOR in the middle of July. He has not received a reminder email or his MR. He is an inland MPN, I am getting worried since end of April applicants have got MR.

Also my bf's employer specific WP will expire in February. He was able to get that WP just before the employer compliance fee started. He doesn't think his employer will be able to pay the fee because its not in their policies to pay work permit fees for his position. So he will need to try to apply for a BOWP soon. My understanding is that in order to qualify for a BOWP your eligibility must be set at passed in GCMC.

Can anyone who has received these notes tell me how long after submitting their application did their GCMS say "passed"?

If anyone has recently applied for and/or received a BOWP please share any knowledge you have gained in your experience. Also has anyone received GCMS notes? If so can they tell me how long after submitting their application did their GCMS say "passed"? Did it say passed shortly after getting the AOR?
