got my GCMS notes finally....

ELIGIBILITY: PASSED
CRIMINALITY: PASSED
MEDICALS: PASSED ( my medicals got expired on 15 june 2016 but they extended validity date to 17/04/2017)
SECURITY: NOT STARTED ( due date is 09/09/2016; does that mean they will surely finish security by that date?)
FILE LOCATION : PS

under RCMP screening,
STATUS: NO REPORTABLE TRACE
VALID UNTIL: 10/09/2016 ( if they don't complete security by 9 sept then will they ask me to do fingerprints/ RCMP screening?)



so in short my file is active. Last update in my file was on 9 april,2016. So between april-today, they sent my medicals to cpc-ottawa to extend validity of my medicals ))

An email is not sufficient. You must go in person and request. They will keep photocopy of an identification document and collect other details from you.

Hello guys i have one question plz help..
I have applied paper based PR in may 2016 after PNP approval
In my online status on cic website showing following info

File recieved on 16th May 2016
A correspondence letter of acknowledgment have been sent on 5th August 2016

And my file status is showing in progress ... But still I didnt get any AOR Letter or email..
I called my immigration consultant they said they didnt get anything yet bo letter no email...
But cic saying they sent a letter on august 5 , 2016...
I am worried what is going on.. Either my consultant is lying or he didn't really get it yet...
What is ur opinion guys plz help...

Not so related to PR...

Today i got approved my BOWP.

Yesterday I called CIC and asked about my PR application and BOWP application.

They said, they cannot help with any of my query as none of them pass the CIC official processing time. And, today I got approved for my Work Permit. Seems way to wait for my PR application :/

AOR comes normally after 3 to 4 months. Totally understand why you're anxious, I've been there myself. I don't think your consultant would lie about such important thing. There's no benefit in that. You'll definitely get your letter very soon.

My friend you need to check email which you did provide for communication if it's your personal email it will come
Or else if it's your consultant email id then he will receive it

Due date for me is Aug. 18 now. Let's see if there is any movement tomorrow. My RCMP report expired on July 07. From what I have read, they will do this check on their own and it takes them only 2-3 days to redo it.

Thanks Raje.I don't know how much they comply by a due date. I had the due date as July 10 earlier. But I hope there is some movement. My Group name is September Batch. Has any group been assigned to you? And any officer assigned?
