Are you guys sent your application to syney on May?
my application have been recieved by syney on MAY 1ST,but why I did not recieved anything ,except FN.

You're next option is have your employer pay the employer compliance fee, fill out imm5802e then you can apply for a temporary work permit. Every person nominated by a province is eligible to apply for a temporary work permit while waiting for PR just like what I did.

Can you do it twice? Cause I already did that after I received my nomination (which already expired btw). So it is my temporary closed work permit to expire in 4 months. Not sure how many times they can extend these types of permits.

No i didnt do upfront medical.. Me and my spouse did the medical the same day the VO requested it. Then October
20 ecas updated to Medical have been received.

I know, I saw it, but I also see that many people on this forum just resend everything. What if they need the new police certificates ? Instead of those outdated? and somebody said that if you get request of A schedule, it means that it is some gap there., isn't it?

Hi Fleurgirl, if I were u just send them your New Schedule A because the forms is updated now and in different format like before thats what i've noticed. if you submitted your police certificate before and you thinks it is still valid for atleast 6 months or still valid until now dont bother to send it. make sure you send your RPRF thrue email given to letter and attached the receipt thru mail together with your Schedule A and whatever documents u want to add on your application. hopefully this one will help! Ok now I'm screwed, I reviewed my Schedule A for my spouse and found that I overlooked the section 12 and just put None. Now I'm planning to send the updated Schedule A to CIC. If it say's Schedule A Original Copy on the checklist does it need to be the Original copy where my spouse will be signing? or a Scanned copy is good? I'm just wondering because if the original copy is required we need to mail the new copy from my home country to my current address now then me sending it to CIC since I wanted also to update my own Schedule A. and may take weeks for mailing from my home country to canada unlike scanning and emailing it to me where I can print the new copy right now and send the updated Schedule A's today
