just paid based on the reminder mail wherein they ask for multiple things and I never receive confirmation from CIO. I confirm only that they receive my receipt by using the receipt number on login to ECAS.

How many days did it take before you could verify that the payment was received? In my case it's been more than 10 days since i paid the fee.

Hi everyone, I have a question. How many months at least do I need to have on my work permit to go to the border to exit? Someone told me I need to have minimum 3 months left on work permit to do border exit. I have only 35 days left on my wp so can I exit just like that or not?

My job sucks! I have to overtime without pay, and my supervisor blame me everyday, I am really painful and sad.

last february my friend went to northportal border for landing but his visa validity was only week remaining? but ofcours he did applied for renew his work permit.

What you want to achieve from border exit. If your intention is to complete the PR by flagpolling then you don't need 3 months valid work permit, as long as it is valid for the day you want to enter you are fine.
You can always apply before it expires and can be in implied status; however entry to Canada is always mercy on the office at border so there is no clear cut answer of your question
