I dont see any issue doing upfront as people who did upfront received ppr early for most of them (some received along with others). As vo is not asking why we did upfront, we are ok. As timeline is not extending more than 12-15 months, there wont be a chance of doing medicals again as 10 months is already passed. So not an issue.aajjaayy said:Thank You Hariraj Mohan .
Very useful information.
But is it ok for upfront ? or should I wait for it to come? My file was received on june 29 so it is going to be 10 months next week . I am very confused :-[
Congratulations my friendsd_Can said:Got Decision made status, just 2 days after PPR ;D
i would suggest to submit it because usually they don't send request but from last 2 month i have observed that so many people are getting request to submit their PCC from RCMP with finger prints and if you got that request then your file will be lock for 60 more days and there will be no activity on your file for 60 days. If possible send your PCC when you got your reminder email so that they put your PCC in your application before officer start working on your file.Nh Nguyen said:Hello everyone,
I have a question about PCC and really appreciate if you guys can help me with. Do we need to submit PCC from RCMP if you are inland applicant. I didn't submit mine but someone was saying I should have done that.
Please advise and thank you.
Thank you for your information. Could you please kindly help with two more questions.Adii11586 said:i would suggest to submit it because usually they don't send request but from last 2 month i have observed that so many people are getting request to submit their PCC from RCMP with finger prints and if you got that request then your file will be lock for 60 more days and there will be no activity on your file for 60 days. 1. I applied in April and got the reminder email in NovemberNh Nguyen said:Thank you for your information. Could you please kindly help with two more questions.
1. When should I expect the reminder email? I applied in Nov 2015 and got AOR in Mar 2016. I plan to get RCMP PCC before CIC sends out request.
2. I've seen some people received reminder email asking to submit PCC. As I've already submitted mine with the application, do I need to obtain a newer one when CIC requests?
Thank you.
WOW they started with May now haha ... Congrats !!Wonderland_1010 said:Got PPR!!!!!

2. Sometimes they do ask for updated PCC if you application goes beyond the 1 year mark cuz they are only valid for one year i think ... In my case i got PPR exactly 1 year after i aplied ...they never asked for updated PCC
