Your situation is quite perplex in the sense that I have ever heard of a country having a local and an international passport. By its mere definition a passport is issued by countries to be used in foreign countries. So to have a local passort is unclear. But to answer your quest CIC would need copies of your bio page and translation if not in English.
oh, yes it can sound weird, but local passport is only local language, and international one is english. So if I have local I'd better to provide translation and copy of it - this is what are you saying? thank you very much for advise
by the way where do you from? I've asked few my friends - immigrants they all have both national identification documents and international english language once. I still can't understand for what CIC can need my local one ( the number of it doesn't mention at any of my docs) but will better include it as you advised. as usual with CIC its better more than less... thank you again for your answers
You only need to link your account if you are paper based. EE applicants get their PR in 6 months or less...and they send upfront Medicals and all docs with their application. Unfortunately paper based are not as lucky!
