I havent completed medical test done. Scheduled an appointment for Feb 15th and uploaded the appointment letter as proof. Hope this doesnt become an issue.

As this group is for Jan 2016 PNP PR applicants, my pnp pr paper based application reached to NS today itself. I sent all following documents,

1. Generic Application Form to Canada (IMM 0008)
2. Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) – Principal applicant and spouse
3. Supplementary Information (IMM 5562)
4. Schedule 4: Economic – Provincial Nominees
5. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) – Principal applicant and spouse
6. Travel documents and passports – Principal applicant and spouse
7. Confirmation of Nomination
8. Identity and Civil Status Documents (Birth Certificates, Passports, Marriage Certificate and National IDs) – Principal applicant and spouse
9. Police Certificates and Clearances – Principal applicant and spouse
10. Six photos as per specifications – Principal applicant and spouse
11. Fee payment confirmation – Principal applicant and spouse

Waiting for AOR.

Hey guys,
As I mentioned in my previous post, I submitted my application on Jan 13th via Express Entry and received AOR. However, I haven't yet completed the medical test and have a scheduled appointment on February (I included appointment letter while submitting the application).

I have a couple of questions and hope you guys can clarify:
1) When do I submit the physical documents? Will I be notified by CIC to mail the originals? I am a little in the dark about the next steps. Any idea?
2) Also, I have scheduled for Medical tests to be done in February by . Once I get the results, how do I submit the results online?

Appreciate the help!!

Hi there

Someone has any idea about Schedule 4 and 4A forms? Schedule 4 applies to me and I have already completed and uploaded it on CIC request. But it has been three days since I have done that but the message 'Your action is required' is not going away. I am a little concerned.

If someone know anything about it plz share. My deadline to upload Schedule 4/4A forms is January 21, 2016.
