PNP PR APPLICATIONS APRIL 2015

Thanks a lot for the response. I was so tensed as I was not sure what to do.

I paid the RPRF and then uploaded the previous medical exam proof along with RPRF receipt through Case Specific Enquiry (both the forms Inland & Outland with same details). I also replied to an email from Delhi HC with the same details.

I was tensed as my meds appointment was scheduled for tomorrow and I didn't want to cancel them without a specific response from CIC asking me not to do the Meds again. If CIC didn't respond on time I would have to do the Meds once again and then it dosen't matter anymore even if they responded saying I need not.

Fortunately after 3 sleepless nights they responded and confirmed that Meds are not required again. They have attached my old reports (from TRV) to the PR application. Thank God they (CIC) have been so humane and kind to us.

Now is the most critical phase. I cannot breathe anymore.

My application was send to Sydney from within Canada. But I dont why both offices have contacted me. I called the CIC helpline so they said it's normal since CIC does many checks.

M April 10th guys. Received aor on July 6th. Ecas says application received on April 10th.

I have applied as a Nova Scotia nominee for PR, my timeline is as under,
Visa Office: New Delhi
Job Offer: Yes
Job Offer for Spouse: Yes
Application Received: 29th April 2015 by Sydney Nova Scotia
AOR: 16th June 2015
Advance Medical Done: 24th July 2015
Medical Request: 26th August 2015
RPRF Request: 26th August 2015
RPRF Done: 28th August 2015
PP Request: Waiting, how long I don't know

Hi Ali & Shallu,
We all received AOR on 6th July.
I received only one email so far on 6th July with XEP-------- Application number, and my ecas has only one line saying "We received your application for permanent residence on May 4, 2015"
Let's wait for our turns...

Me too same case have just one line application received on April 16.
Even I got Aor on Jul 6. Ep July 9.

My ECAS still say ... we received your pr application 27. april.2015. and that's all.
But interesting thing is that my coworker have 3 line in ECAS:
1. we received your pr application 27.june 2015 ...
2. some corespodnece about payment ...
3. your application is in process from 17.sept.2015.
He send his application end of june this year. So, 2 months after me and he already have application in process line.
We both are inland SINP applicants.
A little bit frustrating. For me ofcourse.

inland applicants who applied after april or after may is I think on the new system where status showing 3 lines. April applicant and below only have 1 line saying application received. Even those February applicants their status on ECAS just added lines after they received their MR.

After or before ... I'm sick of all of this. First waiting for nomination, now waiting for medical, pr ... in shity company with greedy boss ... with no benefits, no overtime, no raise, humiliations every day, monthly payment with salary just for rent and food (and I'm skilled worker) ....
I'm feel like I'm in jail and I bring family here ... for what ... for surviving?
Sorry guys ... I know many of you have similar problems but ... I feel little better now, when I was share that with you.

I think these ecas lines really doesnt matter..from the date "application received" till "decision made" is considered as "in process" .whenever they get time,or when they open your file for some reason, they might or might not update some lines..thats it..we are all in process.our files are waiting in queue for review..+ some background process are going on..mine also changed to IP from last month..i am April 13 inland..but no use at all..so dont worry..i stopped checking ecas three to six times a day...it is worth checking once a week...will get a good news one day..
