Nope I am single applicant. I called them like a month ago and they said my security check has been just updated on my profile. I am thinking to calling them again would make them mad, Frustrated.

they wont. i called them twice within a week lol. different representitive pick up the phone anyway.
ask them when did ur file being transferred to ottwawa in queue and ip date.

Hi everyone!

Just a lil concern... my dependents passports - my wife's and daughters' are to expire soon. I have them renewed and sent copies of the renewed ones to Ottawa... do you think this would delay the process? I am May 20th Applicant and my ECAS shows MER to date :-(.

hey friends i have a serious inquiry. i received my ainp in april, 2014 and my pr application was received by april 28, 2014. my medical was done in june, 2014. i got request for landing fee in first week of feb,2015 and my file was in process on feb 28, 2014. after that i received an email on march 3, 2014 for passport request. before i send them passport i got another email on march 6, 2015 saying that passport request email was sent by error your application is still under review.
i was surprised to see this email then i called them. they said some verification is pending so it will take some more time to make decision and asked me to wait until april ,2015.
so i am worried what could be the reason for this and is it quite normal?
please give me some suggestion on this.

Wow, these guys have a way for dishing out anxiety, however I think you will be fine getting PPR after IP is not so common so they might have a point. You will get your PPR soon by God's Grace!

omg, seriously? what's your ecas status? mine shows decision made 3 days after ppr email from cic.

my online status was decision made when i checked on march 3 and it was same until march 6. but it is again in process from march 9 and still same. i made them address change request the day i called them and they did it for me but still my previous address is on my online profile and i called them again they said its updated in the system. i asked again for how long it will take to make decision. he said we have no time frame. :-X

yep, i sent address change email to them almost 2 months ago and ecas still hasn't got updated yet, i called them and they told me it has been updated in their system. you case is just waiting for finalize i think, nothing you can do but just wait, so order a gcms note to check out what happened to you file, good luck!

I think they Process by NOC priority. I didn't here anything who has NOC B job. other then that getting fast processing.

is there any body here who got IP with NOC B?

Google 'Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request'. You can do online request for notes. I applied on 4th march. I am waiting for it. It takes 30-40 days.

Unnder Privacy act. Its pretty quick, won't take more than 5 mins. and it is free if you are in Canada

Find below some useful info:

1. Visit https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
2. Scroll down and check the box "I have read, understood and agree with the above Privacy Notice." and Submit.
3. Select CIC from the drop down. (first field)
4. Select Individual/Corportation present in Canada (Second drop down)
5. Fill in your details (Self explanatory)
6. Select Member of public for "Select the category that best describes you"
7. select "E-mail" for "How would you prefer to receive the requested records" ( choose the mode you are comfortable with)
8. Continue to next page.
9. You dont need to attach any additional documents, unless you want to prove something.
10. Select Privacy Act in next page
11. Submit the final request. Once you submitted the request, wait for one month.

Also you have to select case files in one of the drop down box.

it never hppnd before. they are unpredictable. dont worry dear you will get passport call soon. god bless you,,
