Just to give u guys a info. My friends friend got passport request 2weeks back she was may 5th 2014 applicant. she didnt get any ip or dm. Directly got request. So keep fingers crossed. :

Thank you for that info, I am pretty sure that May is going to be the flavour of the month pretty soon, in the same way that this Feb was for March/April applicants.

Heres what i noticed. Last friday feb 20 when I checked it online it didn't say in process but when i check it feb 24 its already in process dated feb

I have heard similar stories, it appears there is always a couple of days delay before the online update.

I think May Applicants are moving forward.

I am single and have plan to get married. If I add application for my wife, would she get PR soon ?

i read a same story in mar-april applicants. if i remember correctly, he submitted his application march then got married i dont know when. then he submitted his wife documents july 2014. after that he called cic and had informed him that his application was moved to july applicant because of the update of his status. so it will create a delay in your application i believe.
