Did he add his spouse in between the process or is she on file since beginning of the PR application?

I want to know how can I apply for GCMS notes. I am April 28 applicant with my spouse. My Ecas Shows Medical received. However I got reply from Sydney office that my file is no longer in their office so they are unable to comment about my inquiry. My file was transferred to Ottawa. So, I want to know about notes.

What is GCMS? I am MPNP May 20th Applicant. To date, I have not received any additional docs request neither communications from CIC. Do I have to worry about anything? ...the wait is really too long :-(.

you can apply BOWP if your work permit is due to expire within 4 months, but my suggestion is apply it at least two months before it expires, if your application got refused you still have time to reapply it. i have no idea about your spouse's work permit so let someone else give you some lights here

better to apply as soon as your 4 months of expiry starts.if you apply online it takes around 45-50 daysif you apply paper base then it takes almost 70-80 days.you can apply for your wife open workpermit if you are a skilled worker.i applied paper based on dec 21st 2014 and got open workpermit on 6th mar 2015.even though i applied open workpermit without pnp supporting letter they gave me open workpermit. may be i already have AOR and medical done.all the best

Where is your wife now?

If she is in your home country, and if your are on post graduate open work permit ( not the closed or lmia ones) and if your job falls under NOC 0 or A or B category then, Yeah your will get an open work permit for sure. If you are not qualified for any one of the above stated things then the answer is no. and I am not sure whether you can apply along with your application because she will get the work permit till your status( work permit) is valid. So better get you work permit approved and apply fro your wife, she will get it up till yours is valid.
