i paid rprf upfront and didn't get rprf request either, but i got ip since feb 12 on ecas, so the ecas updating not that up to date i think

no, i never ordered that before, but i called cic a few times, the agent told me that they do background check for everyone

Just curious, do you guys think CIC is going by their processing time lines as mentioned in the website?
Processing times for provincial nominee applications.

I am QSW applicant and Processing time for New Delhi India applicant is - 15 months. They have recently updated it from 10 months to 15 months. This is ridiculous.

My application submitted May 22nd 2014 and still the status shows Medical received from July 2014

Called CIC today (finally turned me on hold instead of hang up immediately)
They said my file was transferred to Ottawa in Jan and they are processing it. Got everything they need so far, no additional files required.
The system just not been updated....all i need is wait tho.
Hope it reliefs some May applicants who haven't seen IP in status.
Anyone know how long it takes after transferring to Ottawa?

Thank you for the info, Qi. That's great news. It make sense, what you have been told. I am May 5 Applicant, and I received an email from Ottawa asking for Fingerprints at the end of January. I am still on MER in case you wonder. ;D

Thanks for your reply. Then your case was in processing in January as well.
And they confirmed my address with me and I found out they got the update I made online last week immediately instead of "4 weeks to update under CIC status"
The ECAS is really not up to date! Lets pray and wait!
