I am also getting sick of this waiting game. I got express entry invitation twice and declined it because it was already decision made with this application. Now thinking , i could have applied through express entry. Hoping to hear from them before new year......

You are almost there why do you need EE?, you think it would be faster?
I'm not sure if EE applications are doing smooth, they are having delays as well

I am not doing EE now. I was talking about doing it in past. Now I will just wait, I don't know how long it will take. But even if I do EE now it takes 6 months and my current file I dont think will take another 6 months from now. They have not updated their processing time for pnp applicants after July 10, 2015. If they are going to take long , they should update it.

Hello: I have a question. If we contact cic through MP, is it safe(i mean is there any negative effect of this on our file)? , can they process it fast or make even slow after that?
I am really frustrated with this waiting and cic giving priority to refugees and EE who have even applied a year after us

It does not have much value if anyone inquires about one person's case, even if it is MP.
What has more value is to tell MP that it is happening with many people that were chosen by province and were selected as needed by province.
Ignoring the provincial interests by federal CIC in total is a thing that might be interesting for MP and even for TV.

I m sept 2014 applicant. I called CIC and told them that my 15 months processing time is passed and still I have IP status. They said the processing times, provided on the website, is the average time it took visa offices to approve or refuse 80 percent of applications during a specified period in the past. They may not accurately predict future processing times. They can't do anything else.

Agree with you
but we can't push them for that, we can ask them to take action, they always have a right to extend our processing times, due to ''security check'' etc.
they will always find a reason and answer for any delay, because they always say to get a PR status is a privilege not the rights

so we cant do nothing, most cases of appellation are not going thru

I called after 15 months and they told me to call back in beginning of Jan if I don't hear aniything, they also said the proccessing of my application is complete and they are just waiting on the final decision , tired of this wait ... inland Sept applicant
