Both sending...I have no idea why some documents are being transferred to Ottawa and some are staying in NS...
Have you got an email says that your papers went there?

How you know about this. Nowadays they won't answer anything until 15 months processing time.

My friends DM status on 6th line says " A decision has been made in your application. the office will contact you aboutthis decision."

i see that a lot got DM before PPR,
we got passport request sept. 3rd.
we had to sent Pictures and copyes of our passports before oct 3rd, but we had it sent by the sept. 12th, and yesterday, saturday the 19nd, our status online changed from IP to DM. is this good news or :

I have friends applied at the same time with me to Cydney,NS and a few if them received an email says that their document are being transferred to Ottawa ...and those hose documents were finally in Ottawa already received Permanent Resident.
I didn't receive any email about doc transfer so I presume they mine are in Cydney. ..
I that is pretty much what I know .

I have sent an email to Cydney last week , no answer yet... as soon as I'll have any information, will share it here.

Can you tell me which email address that we can enquire about our application?
I think we have same case got DM but NO PPR. Usually it take 1-2 weeks. It is my 4th week. And when will ur WP expire?

I just Googled "CIC Sydney Nova Scotia case processing email..." and found that :

I have seen my DM on August 10th , before that I didn't look at the file for around 3 weeks so I have no clue when it became so...

My WP is valid until the end of the next year because when I got nominee, we went to the border in order to make an open work permit for my wife and they gave her 2 years and changed mine WP to a new one for 2 years as well.
