I got my PPR request today morning around 01 AM AST. (almost a month from DM)cubeten said:Also from next day up to 2 weeks, but i did't know it can take up to a month.
I suggest you confirm this comment from in-land applicant - I do think (based on comments on the forum) that RCMP is also sent directly to CIC. You can also do some research on your own this forum. I'm not an inland applicant so not an authority on this question. Hopefully this can hint you in the right direction. good luckdzgzpy said:Hi Everybody, I need some help here!!
I am Sept 26th applicant, got additional doc request on 23rd of Jun asking for RCMP criminal record check and a new schedule A by 23rd of AUG.
I mailed the new schedule A at the beginning of July, but not the RCMP criminal record check because I cannot get days off from work.
On 27th of Jul, I finally did fingerprints at Edmonton, and they said it would take 2-4 weeks for me to get the fingerprints.
Now the status is as follows:
1.We received your application for permanent residence on September 26, 2014.
2.We started processing your application on July 24, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.
However I still have not received the RCMP criminal record check in the mail, what should I do now as 23rd is approaching?
Should I call RCMP Ottawa to expedite, should I call CIC to extend the deadline or should I do both?
Anybody can provide the number to reach a real person in these two places?
Thanks all!!
Big congrats to you. Wait is over . Reckoned something will surface for you this week or next. When did your application reach CIC?anand reddy said:I got my PPR request today morning around 01 AM AST. (almost a month from DM)
