Did you receive any communication from them like them asking for additional documents, RPRF,PCC or In Process.
If not,and you have reached to Decision Made without no communication,then you have a problem.

u never got any other status update in between..such as "Medical Received' or "In Process"

This is Normal,If you Paid your RPRF & send them your background Information form they asked,Then you are on right track,Will get PPR soon.

Hi Jagwinder,
Thank you for the reply. As my status is medical recieved from April, my concern is that if I pay the fee now, how can I check if they are working in my case or not.
Because if I get the free request at least I know they are working. What do you think? Do you think it is worth to pay it now before the request?

I my View,If you dont pay your RPRF upfront,When your visa officer will see your file,and found RPRF is not paid then he will send your RPRF request & will give you some time to pay that fee.
If your Fee is already paid,he will go to next step that is to put your file in process,And your will see IP in Ecas.
Thats what happened with my file.

Sept 26 applicant, I paid RPRF upfront but got email from CIO on June 16, then it turned to IP this morning.

I will suggest to wait, the more you guys call they longer it will take (not from there side but you will become more curious and time wont pass quickly). That's what i think but if you wanna try go ahead. My status is expiring tomorrow and i will be on Implied Status but haven't called them even once since i applied. They ain't kicking you out of the country, you have valid status and let the officers do the rest. To be honest i'm worried too but nothing is gonna change if you call. Right?
