guys! please help. I just got refused of BOWP last may 25. and I am on restoration. my employer and I decided to just re apply wp in the border.. but the closed work permit this time. we can provide job offer, LMIA exempt fee, pnp cert and support letter and any Pr related documents. questions are:
1. is it possible to get a positive result in there?
2. I don't have idea how to do that. any idea?
3.how can I pay?

Hello, I saw someone who submitted Sep has already got RPRF. My application reached CIO on August 29 2014 and I got my FN on Nov 5 2014, however, did not hear any news for my application. Is this normal? Thanks.

RPRF requested and paid today May 27

Additional documents requested PCC....here is where I am confused a little bit. First sentence says to mail them PCCs from each countries(I lived in Ireland for a bit) but second sentence clearly mentions only my country...

"POLICE CERTIFICATE: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Please provide an original and recent Police Certificate reflecting the time you resided in LITHUANIA. "

SO SHOULD I GET FROM BOTH? OR JUST ONE?

Bcz PCC is valid one year so they should not ask you again
