File returned coz forgot to sign one document
Again kept file on September 5
File received September 8
AOR and Medicals done in November
Medical results received December
Waiting for landing fees request

Hello just a general question about status, hopefully somebody can help.

My current work permit will expire on 24th May, I have applied for AINP and got AOR from federal, also medical results were received. I have applied BOWP on 14th April too. But I do not thinks I will get either of these by 24th of May.

So working in Canada is still legal for me?

Did CIC email you that they got your medical result? If so, when did you receive their email after you done the medical exam?
The clinic told me they have submitted my result, but I haven't heard back form CIC.

Sure you are in implied status, and are able to work, just for your safety(in case if your employer will ask) call cic an ask for a letter that says you are in implied status,
