Hey can anyone help me with this issue,
Do i have to send a copy of my Nova Scotia PNP form to cic?

I did not include my NSPN100 form. It says..follow the check list. I will exclude it. I excluded it because it was not on the checklist and they said ONLY send documents that ask for.

I don't understand why u are thinking to do an upfront ME. I had to go to another country for a 6 weeks vacation so I couldn't wait until I receive my MR. That's why I did an upfront ME.
I think u just need to wait for the email request. Don't overthinking too much.
Hi Sara1234,
I also did my up front medical test, just want to ask,my case is in Sydney,so do I need to sent the email to Ottawa?

Thats what I was thinking as well, because it does'nt say anywhere on the checklist that I have to include it but when I got my nomination they told me I had to include it, but the document checklist has been updated since. Also another question in the IMM 5669 file if i run out of space in personal history do i attach the same page with the additional info behind it? I am a little confused by this

You are right. As long as the applicant have the AOR, he/she can apply for BOWP.

Thanks guys, I applied for BoWP and my Medical result was just shown as received.

I hope someone else can help with your next question. I didn't need to attach an extra page so didn't come across this kind of issue.

Yes you have to attache same page with the rest of your information, that did not fit in initial page, if you go to guideline, you will see that there

To be more correct just look at the top of your form, you should take just clear sheet and fill it out with your information

Hi,
I got an email from CIO Sydney but it does not say any such thing as AOR. It only says "Application for Permanent Residence in Canada PNP‏". Is it email for AOR? I have been waiting for my AOR. Application reached CIO Nov 20th.

That is all they wrote? does it say your application for -------- has been received , and complete? no file number?

Dear all,

I have got one AOR from Sydney Nova Scotia on 25 March and now when I was waiting for my medical Request. What I saw that I have got another email from CIC Sydney Australia with same UCI number confirming that they have received my file .
Its whole frustrating thing for me instead of sending medical request they are still sending me AORs... is this happens to anyone else Huh??

Hi there, I have a question about the medical, I did the medical exam on Mar18. I confirmed with the clinic that they submitted my results on Apr06, while I check my applications online, it does NOT show medical results have been received. Anyone has similar situation with me? and what should I do now. Thank you.

can you contact the clinic you went to and ask them if they have sent yours to CIC?
