I have also received my PNP (Ontario). It has 2 documents - one is letter of 2 pages written in black ink on white paper and second document is one page document on little thick blue paper written "copy" on it it is copy of certificate.

I want to know when applying PR do I have to submit these three pages or do i have to xerox it and and then submit the xerox copy of it with application

Finally I got my AOR today
I applied 23 sep
CIC received 26 sep
I m inside canada applied under SINP

I have tow questions if any one can answer I will be thankful:

In my application I included my wife
But the the email says:

Dear mr xxxxxxxx

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Provincial Nominee Class.

Upon review of the information you have provided, your application is considered complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).

Your application has now been placed into processing.

But question is :
it didn't say my wife name , does it mean she is not in application or this the format as I m main applicat
Also how long should I wait for medical
