Have a nice day. I am Syed Hasibur Rashid and I have applied for SINP skill Immigration . Canadian Immi office have received courier on dated 08/10/2014 through Fedex courier Service. On dated 07/01/2015 I am still waiting for AOR form CIO office. I am very worried about my process and expire date of bank draft money.

I asked my employer if I can apply for BOWP without AOR using only my nomination (still valid for another 4 months). She emailed to the agency with this question (they seem professionals as per previous experience we went through using their help) and they said yes I can, just write a cover letter.

But reading this forum I am getting doubts again...
My wp will expire in the end of february... I applied for PR on december 8 2014..so dont even hope for file number and AOR in the nearest future....

any ideas?
Should I not risk and apply for closed permit maybe?

Don't worry regarding AOR . My fie reached on 18th September but not yet get AOR . Regarding Bank draft , CIC WILL encase before the expiry.
My DD encase by CIC AFTER 72 days . You can check standard chartered bank regarding encase of your DD

My file reached CIC on 19th September and I paid my fees by bank draft too. But it is not encashed yet. A which date your bank draft was encashed and how did you find out about that?

there is no expiry date of bank draft. I have confirmed from bank. They are as good as cash.

that is CIC call centre number. Not CIO.

I do not think it is possible to call CIO.

Not sure about that. Someone in the previous page gave this number to call. Haven't been able to reach them. CIO number is not available to the best of my knowledge. My application package was signed by someone called D W. Anyone having the same guy signing for his package?

Thanks guys i kn the 1800 number the agent dont ve the means to kn what cio is doing with files in their office, but he suggested i send email which i ve done several times no reply. File was recieved sept 26 2014

Have you guys tracked your application by using the link below? Plug in the corresponding category and your UCI or whatever ID #s you like and see if there's a result. I heard that the system sometimes responds faster than email. Good luck!
