Application sent: June 30
Application Received by CIO: July 4 (not July 14)
Mode of payment: Online

How will we know what is our visa office?

the visa office that you stated in your generic application form. it will be the VO that would process your application. if you are residing in the philippines that would be Manila or (CEM as what we ussually call it). pinoys abroad have their own choice of VOs - CEM or the nearest VO to their location.

Nomination.....: 21-03-2014
AOR Received.: 15-07-2014
Med's Request: 15-07-2014
Med's Done....: 22-07-2014
Med's received on eCAS: 31-07-2014

Nothing yet either.

According to what I have been seeing among feb-march applicants I am expecting, if everything goes right, to get PPR in late November, If we get lucky we might receive a RPRS reminder ( if You have not paid it yet) in October, and maybe a request of Police certificates along with it if you didn't send them with the applications or if the ones you sent are expired...
Like I said, this is just an optimistic estimate based on the Trend seen on the previous applicants ( I have made quite a deep follow up). any particular case may vary....

HI my timeline is same as yours....however I did not pay RPRF yet....can I pay it before they ask. If yes can you pls help me with the procedure.

Hey Astasi, I just noticed that in the spreadsheet, my timeline has the wrong month. My Name is Harry, and the month is May, not not July. I noticed your notes saying "how can a file be recieved on a Saturday" ;D

I sent an email again last Friday. This time I didn't even get their auto-response message.
So basically, no updates from my end.

My first query on 6th week after submission - Got auto response.
Second one on 11th week- No auto response. Got actual response after 6 weeks.

You get auto response only once for same email account similar to our out-of-office notification
