This wait is killing me. Got DM on 26 the may, I wish we all get ppr soon...

Hello, does anyone know if the call center operates 24/7? If not, what is the latest time they take calls? And can my spouse call on my behalf and follow up? Thank you!

The timings are 0800 to 1800 hours Montreal time and they would not discuss your case file with your spouse unless s/he has been added to your file as a representative and you have authorized CIC to disclose information to her/him.

This is quite similar to obtaining the consent from your spouse while applying for GCMS notes although you are the principal applicant.

i think they only can answer between 7am-5pm...no your spouse cant cal on behalf of you.the principle applicant only call and ask .

Got DM on the 26th too! And no PPR email. Some others who got DM on the 26th received their PPR emails on the same day or the day after. And us.... I think we're forgotten! Weekend is here and we need to endure additional 2 days of waiting, obviously they're not working on weekends!

So frustrating!!!

Hi Sparkling, I found some threads in the forum said they received PPR even on Saturday evening (around 9:00). I think you will get it soon enough. Best wishes/good luck to you and all who's still waiting.

hey guys, I got DM on may 20, now it's over a week I havent receieved my ppr, normally people get ppr on the next day they get DM, any one know what happened? could it be rejected? I am so worried!!!

I have the same DM date as yours......we should be OK if we didn't receive any rejection letter.... God bless next week.....
