Not really. I received AOR on March 17 and still waiting for MR! It is really stupid!
My timeline:
ON-PNP
App. Filed: May 28, 2014
AOR: Mar. 17, 2015

They are now following the queue as per app date. Android 19th, Randy 20th, I 21st, then cannonbarrel 23rd, we are getting in sequence from may 19 app onwards. We got Aor on march 13. So rest should get this week or next. First RPRF then MR the next day same hour n minute. Unless there are additional doc request.

Application: 21 may
AOR: 13 march 2015
RPRF: 27th april: 7:15 pm
MR: 28th april 7:15 pm

Is it common to receive this kind of email from epayment@cic.gc.ca after paying RPRF fee?
Note that I already sent the pdf of my receipt to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca as they had instructed in the email while requesting for RPRF.

Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this e-mail will not be acknowledged.

Attached to this e-mail is a copy of your official receipt for the payment of Citizenship and Immigration fees. Please print this receipt and attach a copy of the receipt to your application.

Your case processing centre will only accept a printout of the official receipt as proof of payment. Thank you.

Yes, that is just a confirmation that they received your e-mail with the payment. I did received the same when I paid for my RPRF
