i cant believe that you r still waiting for your pr yet. its ridiculous that 19 months and still waiting n waiting
did you meet your MP ? cic call centre is not going to help you. they sometime give silly answers.i dont have words
for you but can really understand your frustration level. can u check you latest GCMS?good luck dude.

I did everything that I could, two MPs (one is from the area I live, another - where my office is located), GCMS notes every month (so I know exactly what and when they updated my file), calls for call centre, case specific enquirers, e-mails, change of address. Am I missing something? I don't think so... I have to wait.

Hii friends.. December 2014 applicant, Inland application.. Couple of days back CIC mailed my father to undergo re-medicals for my mother as the old medicals were expired. Last time we had medicals in the month of may 2015 and i think medicals are valid for 1 year but still they asked for my mother's re medicals report. My father also had medicals in the same month but they haven't asked to undergo any re medical to him, they asked only my mothers re medical report. what could be the reason?? My father is in canada and my mother is in India now.

It's a good indicator. ur parents application is about to be finalize.

They have sent a reassessment form along with the mail asking my mother to undergo re medicals. do we need to send that reassessment form manually from our side or will the panel physician has to send it? previously our panel physician sent our medical reports directly to cic during our first medicals..do u have any idea about this bro??

the same process as before. the physician should pass to them.

Today I called CIC call centre and talked with an agent. She was very nice and explained something that I was not aware of it. She mentioned that there is reminder date on every file and an officer will take a look at a file by that date and process the application if the requested documents are ready.

She told me that my reminder date is on June 2016. My application was received by CIC on early 2014 and because of some medical reasons it has delay. I have a feeling that my application is in the same queue as December 2014 applicants. If you don't mind, please share your reminder date next time you call CIC and then we can have a better expectation for DM and PPR.

There is a due date for each activity (you can check yours at notes), mine was March 16, 2016. Nothing happened.
