Hi Quink,

I sent my passport copies by Xpresspost on Oct 2nd and the due date as per the tracker was today, Oct 6th. When i checked on the website the arrow has crossed the transit stage and is somewhere between transit ------- delivered. There is not signature attachment on the page, to say it was received, though i have requested for one...

Does it mean CPC have received the packet and the Canada post website has not been updated yet ?

Hi Rick,

I faced the same conundrum. I sent a document to CIC using Canada Post. CP never showed package delivery and CIC wouldn't confirm receipt of the package. Finally I ordered GCMS notes for update and found that the package was delivered, somehow the signature was missed out. Hopefully you are in the same boat and CIC has received your package.

I just checked canadapost.ca to find out if I could see any info, I noticed a little popup at the top that said "Credit card transactions and some sign-in services may not be available at this time. We apologize and are working to resolve the issue immediately". So maybe they're just unable to report it?

Is the final section a fully filled green block that says "Delivered"? Or is it only half filled with green? Or is it still blue?

It's still light blue / grey , the in transit block is green and the link btw the in transit and delivered is half green

Hi Rick, did you get a signature attachment from Canada post for received approval? Canada post told me to wait 24 hour for the signature. However, it just made me worried. How come there is a unpredictable chance of mistaken for every small single step of our application. :'(

you cant send it to particular officer.they have common address for inputs. if they dont ask anything just leave it for now. they clearly
mentioned that dont send anything until we ask ,it may delay your process.
