Hello...

I realize now what stupid mistake I have done.. I just sent the additional documents to that address, exactly as it was shown. Attn to "Case processing agent" lol. I thought it was strange but... What should I do? Will someone bother to open the envelope and check the copy of the email with the initials? It is a bit frustrating that they dont give any feedback.

Anyway, I have the feeling this happens to many people.

I guess you did the right thing though, but its kind of weird its not a full name but only initials but then again there must be a valid reason why they keep it that way.. As long as your address is right, nothing you should worried about

I dont get it. Arent you supposed to send in the same way the address was listed so that your package is clearly identified as requested documents from applicants and processed sooner than other regular initial applications?

Reading some posts I thought I had to include the initials of my case processing agent somewhere, so they can address it properly. But I think maybe I did it right. Clearly it reads ATTN: BF REGISTRY. Dont know, everything related to CIC always makes me doubt lol

ATTN: BF REGISTRY
Case Processing Agent
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
CIO Correspondence
PO Box 8400
Sydney, NS

The reason they won't reveal the full name of the agent is because if they happen to refuse your application they have no idea if you'll get angry and try to find the agent and seek revenge. There are a lot of crazy people in the world, and a refused application might be enough to set them off.

I think you're fine addressing it exactly as required of you as per the email. With regards to how they know which agent to give it to, You are supposed to include a copy of the email that was sent to you (which has the agents initials at the end). That's how I think they know who to give it to, but don't quote me on that. You could call to ease your stress a bit
