Hey g_gurna,

Did you call CIC? What did they tell you?
hi, i sent it again to cio. Cant trust those guys.
Call center agent told me to send email to cio to make sure they have it. but you know they never reply before 2 months of period. 1 of my friend received this email asking for fingerprints in last january and he ignored it bcuz of note in email. And last week he got another email saying final notice to submit your fingerprints. the email was bit confusing and i decided to send it again.

try sending it to CPC-CTD-OTTAWA@CIC.GC.CA; I had a similar issue of already having done the medical but still got the request.... this is the email i sent and they replied back in 6 days (this was in early May so very recent), and they confirmed i didnt have to redo it

Good morning,
I received a request for medical (for my PR-PNP application) and I have already performed an upfront one on ###### and it was uploaded by the doctor onto eMedical(but for a study permit, at the time). I was told that this medical is the same one being requested. I have attached the confirmation page for the medical that was performed. I just want to clarify that this is ok for the PR application, and that I do not have perform another one.

Surname (Last name) - ######
Given name(s) (First name) -
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number;
Application number

Hello everyone,

I have an issue here with my medicals, and I hope anyone here can help or advice with it.

I received the request to do the medicals on May 7th (IMM1017). The issue is that I have another Express Entry application in progress and I recently just did the same required immigration medical tests for it and I have the confirmation document with the UMI identifier for my medical test results. I asked the doctor if he can attach those test results to the medicals request for the PNP application and he said he did what he can do by mentioning that on my file there on the system CIC has access to.

I checked in the online application status tool and I see my application has not been updated yet that my medical test results have been received. I am not sure what to do. The easy solution would be to redo the tests again, but that is ridiculous because the test results are supposed to be valid for one year.

I emailed CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca with the confirmation and the automatic reply said they will respond within 35 business days, and I am supposed to do and send them the medical test results within 30 days!!

Is anyone here in this situation or does anyone know or advice what should I do in that case?

Thanks!

I think that depends a lot on your particular physician. I had my tests done on 12th May and ECAS updated to show they were received on 20th May. So it's possible for it to be done in 8 days. The only definite conclusion you can draw from this, is that if your physician says that they have sent your medicals and then 8 days have passed, CIC should have them.

Hi Dec folks,

Any movement with the Medicals, Landing Fees, etc ?

My ECAS has still not updated with anything. Still shows " Application Received"

We completed our medicals on 11th May, 2015 and its going to be 3 weeks today. Anyone else in the same situation ?

Regards,

Rick73

Nothing nothing.

i was wondering if the application is faster depend on the career. For example, is it the same for a mechanic and for a chef?

Nothing new for me yet... hoping to see something on Tuesday or Wednesday. From looking at the other threads for the June to November guys, it seems CIC is not doing much right now. There's a few June/July RPRF requests but that's about it.

I'm going to order my GCMS notes on Thursday if there is no movement by then. Rick, I'd suggest you do the same if they don't update to say your medicals have been received.

Quink,

I was just reading other threads and looks like ECAS is always a mess.

There have been people who have completed all stages and already landed as immigrants and ECAS still shows application received !

BTW did you get an acknowledgement on the Landing fees paid over e-mail ?

Rick

I'm losing faith in ECAS too. It's so silly that they can't provide real time access to our information.

I've had no further acknowledgement of my early RPRF payment aside from the original auto-replies I got a few seconds after I sent it. In one of those replies they said that they would respond in 20 working days, and it has not been that long yet.

Part of the reason why I want to get my notes is so I can see if sending the RPRF receipt to them unannounced actually made a difference and to make sure it's been recorded in the system. I don't think it will help my application, but it would be useful information to share with the members of this forum for future use!

The applicant has documented training and experience to be employable in occupations related to NOC 6421 Retail Salespersons and Sales clerks or in a related occupation. The applicant has been working in Manitoba since August 2012 and has long term offer of employment from same employer. On these bases, the applicant has demonstrated the intent and ability to establish successfully in Manitoba and contribute to economy of this province" This is my letter of approval. I have my file number and medicals. My open graduation work permit is going to expire next month. Now tell me is there anyone who applied for "Open work permit" with this kind of restriction or this kind of LOA and they have got there OBWP.

"Is there any who got BOWP with this kind of nomination letter"

Hi Rick73
I had my medicals done on May 22 and today (Jun 1st) i called my doctor asking about it and she said she submitted the results to CIC on May 29. I also asked her about the results and she said everything was good & normal. She said its up to CIC officer how fast s/he processes & updates the results to Ecas, she said it can take couple of days or even a month if they're too busy.
Hope this helps!

If I went to my job and told my boss that I'd try to get something done in a couple of days but maybe it might take a month, then I'd probably be fired. As soon as I get PR I'm totally going to go work for CIC so I can stop worrying about things like deadlines... ;)
