My application received on 5 December 2014 but no response from CIO.
Anybody advise me why I am late.

That's interesting, so it's clear that it's not a human who is pressing the OK button for these requests to go out (since there's no chance they had people working in the middle of the night in Nova Scotia). I wonder if they set a delay on the computer for sending them out, so as not to overwhelm the doctors with everyone's requests coming at once?

Hi, I am new to this page. I got my file back on 28th April, 2015. I was printed my name instead of signature. CIC received my file on 2nd March, 2015.
My questions are as follows-
(1)- Do i have to pay my processing fees again, as last time I pad my fees prior sending application with credit card and printed my copy of receipt and attached it with application. Is same receipt valid this time ?
(2)- Do i have to wait other 4 months for File no. ?

Just do sign on the space where you had wrote your name and send the same application to the cio...payment should be same as what you have paid earlier. they just sent back because you didn't signed the form and printed your name instead which is not valid so just take new form print and sign it and attached to the file instead old forms and send back to them again. It will be accept this time

I would advise that if you're not sure if you should include something, then include it anyway. It's much better to have CIC ignore something they don't need rather than have them send back your application yet again.

Have a look at the application guide (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp) and follow every single step. Then check your application. Then check it again. Then have someone else check it. An extra few hours reading over everything twice is much better than an extra few months of waiting for your PR.

And I have not writte visa office in my application because they removed the section in the form in November where they ask to applicants to fill visa office.

can any body elaborate this in my understanding Medical requsts are forwarded by Visa offices and before that CIO transfers your file to Concerning visa office and after that they gave you MR .. but nowdays it seems that CIO gave MR by itself

Exactly i have thew same thing in my mind that they Omit the section Requested visa office and now giving MR directly from
CIO sydney NS

I've obviously completed generic form before they removed VO section : just my luck. yeah, I stated Vienna VO and I'm afraid I won't receive MR from CIO :'(

but I'm curious, is any of you who got MR outland??
