Do you know how soon they return it after declined? Same day?
I mean i know they send by regular mail but how soon they send it away?

if you leave your address in canada, it will be no more than 1 month later after charge failure.
if you leave your address out of canada, it will be 2 month later after charge failure.

my friend received her returned package 3 months later since her package received by sydney.
but her fault is that she omit schedule 4 signature,so she has never been charged credit card.

What is email id or phonenumber outside canada for cic??

i have emailed to cic 1 more month ago, never get any response. so just waiting.

For anyone that already has their AOR who noticed when their credit card was charged - how long was the gap between payment being taken and the AOR being issued?

My PR application was received in Sydney NS on 11th December. Still waiting for AOR. Paid online and sent receipt, so I don't get to see when charges have been taken...

My applucation is still there I think. I ve emailed twice but got auto reply that in 35 working dats I will only get reply. Arrr! What if its really urgent and they dont have even a phone line where they d charge people for phone calls (to avoid un urgent requires).
I mailed them express as well. But dont know if they gonna read it.
What a waste of time!!!

Is there any phone fax to reach them??

I've checked December 2013 applicants thread today, out of curiosity..

Most of them got AORs by the end of January 2014.. meds by March, etc...
Most of them got their PR by now....

Depressing, eh? :'(

I submitted my PR application (I have Ontario PNP) in Dec 2014 (It reached NS on 15 Dec). Is there any November or December applicant that has received aor.

It seems people who submitted in oct have already received aor

I understand, I'm still waiting for my AOR too. However I submitted by docs to CIC only Feb 2015. But basing on the trend, it seemed that CIC had not been issuing AOR for PNP for this April. Maybe, the single applicant who submitted to CIC last Nov (w/c has an AOR) is a deviation.

Also checking the trend for credit card charging (for those who did not pay upfront). there was no credit card charge for those who submitted Jan 2015.
Usually, they charged the credit card after 3 months of submission (which is supposedly after the 3rd month). But none of these showed in the forum that I checked. Maybe someone can correct me on this observation.

I'm fervently hoping too that CIC would keep up in issuing AORs. For the past years, issuance had been so slow. I have friends who had approved PNP application & their CIC stage was really fast. I hope CIC would do something about it as there are several applicants waiting to make their Canadian dreams come true.

We should start hearing from them around end of April - beginning May i guess.

So at least 3 more weeks unless their speed has slowed down again due to EE
